A perfect compliment to your yoga, meditation, tai chi, qi gong practice. Traditional yoga candle concentration meditation is called trataka, where the eyes calmly gaze towards the burning ember of the candle flame (you are your own best guide with this).
This Meditation Candle features a vegan Soy and Coconut Wax base with your choice of essential oil blends, these are made to order from my studio and bespoke for you.
Essential Oil Blends include: Orange + Lavender/ Clary Sage + Grapefruit / Sandalwood / Cedarwood + Cypress / Rosemary + Lemon / Bergamot + Vetiver

Each candle features a long-burn time of up to 24 hours, and is made with an eco-friendly natural organic beeswax hemp wick and with natural, eco-friendly wax. All candles are approx. 125 grams in weight.
